That all sounds exhausting. I’m a true believer in balance in all things - helps keep the anxiety at bay. Just a note - you don’t cook so you have the shopping prepping time you mentioned free to play rummy cube or swipe daring apps.

But here’s the thing - I’m fairly convinced health & longevity is a hot hookup of genetics and DGAF energy. I guess everyone has this story, but my Italian grandma & great grandma lived to 102 and 98 respectfully. No green juice in sight, both committed smokers. Obviously I’m not saying that’s a blueprint, but I think wellness neurosis = stress = bashing away at those Telomeres! There was also a study that proved you derive nutrition or inflammation from food depending on how you view it (again with the neurosis factor). As a human Guinea pig of the current Gen, I’m going for ‘eat your greens’, side of laughter, 9hr sleeps and a vape for dessert.
